EH38 Exclusive & Mixer — Event Policy

Location: John A. White Golf Course, Atlanta, GA
🔒 General Liability Waiver
By attending this event, all participants — including staff, sponsors, players, vendors, and guests — agree to attend at their own risk. The organizers, PRVLGD Logistics, John A. White Golf Course, and all affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
🧾 Registration Terms
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If a registered guest cannot attend, the ticket may be transferred to another participant or toward a future EH38 event, subject to approval.
No-shows on the day of the event are considered forfeited.
🍸 Alcohol, Conduct & Grounds Policy
Alcohol will be served responsibly in accordance with City of Atlanta and Fulton County laws.
No illegal substances or drugs are permitted.
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
The event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises due to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or actions deemed unsafe or disruptive — without refund.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use in future event marketing.
